I went into the Revival Retreat in Bali with an open mind… but if I’m being honest, I didn’t fully realise just how much I needed it.

Somewhere between being a wife, a mum, an employee, and everything in between, I’d quietly put myself on the back burner. And this week? It felt like someone hit the reset button. A full defrag of my brain, my body, and my spirit.

Amanda and the team created such a safe, nurturing space where you could just be. No expectations, no pressure.. just permission to slow down and reconnect with yourself in a way we so rarely allow.

There was a moment during the retreat where it really hit me… this shouldn’t be a luxury for women, it should be a necessity. Taking time out to reconnect, reflect, and rediscover who you are beneath all the roles we carry…. it’s powerful, and honestly, it’s life-changing.

Through meditation, new experiences, and the most beautiful connections, I found parts of myself I didn’t even realise I’d lost.

I came home feeling lighter, clearer, and more me than I have in a long time.

Every woman deserves this. Not when everything else is done… but because you matter too.
